Dr Daniel Duggan was born in Jamaica, Queens and raised in Nassau County where he attended Holy Trinity High School. After spending a few years in “the real world” he went on to study at SUNY Farmingdale receiving his A.A. in Liberal Arts. Dr Duggan finished up his undergraduate education at Hofstra University Earning a B.A. in Biology.
Dr Duggan attended SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and completed a one year residency at Nassau University Medical Center. Dr Duggan owned and operated a practice in Bay Shore for 16 years. His practice and continuing education focused on lasers in dentistry, aesthetics, and surgical / restorative implant dentistry. After a short stint practicing in Florida, he is thrilled to return to Long Island as part of the Kalmar Family Dental team.
Outside of the office Dr Duggan and his wife enjoy being empty nesters when their kids are away at college and the chaos that ensues when they come crashing home. His hobbies include travel, cooking, yoga and reading great books.
